Craving Your light…

Father,

How I thank You for the gift of serving others….

As I walk through my day, open my eyes to opportunities to give back…

Loving You and serving others is Your heart’s desire for our lives…

Lord, As I draw close to You, letting the cravings of this world fall away…

I am trusting In Your promises to guide and direct me…

Help me to look beyond myself…

Help me to remember You are my purpose…

and Loving others is our ministry…

 Father, please speak to my heart that I wouldn’t miss those opportunities…

Help me to not be self consumed, and pulled from what I know is true…

Help me to draw close to You…

Make today beautiful…

How I need You….

I come before You on bended knee… Seeking Your cleansing power,

mercies, and grace…

Love is the overflow of who You are…

“Love is patient,  love is kind, it does not envy, it does not boast.  It is not proud. 

It is not rude.  It is not self seeking.  It is not easily angered.  It keeps no records of wrongs..

Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth.

It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always preservers…”

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Cleanse me, Oh Lord, of the worries of today.. Draw me into the light of what is true…

You are patient… May my heart be at peace..

You are kind… May Your kindness flow through my heart, and into my life…

Lord, I ask for Your cleansing truth, that I would not envy, but instead look deep within: remembering everyone is fighting a hard battle…For there is no room for jealousy, greed or anger…

Help me to extend Your arms of  comfort and grace…

You do not delight in our evil ways..

quiet the opposite…

You rejoice when we do what is good, and right…

Thank You that You do not keep a record of my wrongs…

You always protect my heart,

Fill me with hope,

Give me strength to preserve,

How I seek to draw others into Your loving presence…

Please, Oh Lord, Fill me with faith, and cover my heart with all that You are…

How I praise Your Holy Name,

Doing what’s right takes a minute…

Taking a breath.. stepping away from anger, jealousy, or resentment changes things…

We so need one another…

We need friendships…

We need a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on…

Someone to help us see things in a better light…

We need laugher, hope and good cheer…

Dear Heavenly Father, How I need You…

Please lighten my heart, and give me strength to step away from destructive thoughts, and unwarranted fears…

May my heart be kind, my spirit gentle and my soul brave…

Living in the moments of today is such a gift…

How I pray we would be able to soak in the good we see around us… letting the warmth of God’s amazing love draw us closer and closer; away from the noise and strife… straight into His loving arms..

Dear Heavenly Father, How great You are…

Thank You for encouraging our hearts to strain forward…

Keeping our eyes on the prize of which You have called us heavenward…

That is just the most beautiful thing…

Help me to live my today.. today.

Being fully aware of the love You have for me…

Surrounding those in my life with Your great love..

Drawing them into Your great hope…

You have plucked me from the darkness, and shinned Your light of truth and forgiveness over my whole life…

That is the most beautiful gift I could have ever wished for…

May the beauty of Your love calm my heart, ease my stress and overflow to those who are straining to see the light of hope…

Help me live for today..

Free to love.. Free to see the good in others hearts, Free to understand we all have heartache, sadness, and pain…

Free to live a life of love…

That is where You abound…

Not worried about the motivations of others,   because that just builds walls and misery…

Instead help us to draw other’s into Your Holy presence..

Where kindness,  hope, and forgiveness have no boundaries…

Help me to always be a little kinder than necessary…

Relaying on Your strength…

Trusting in Your love…

Good Morning Dear Heavenly Father,

How I pray that my life would be pleasing unto You…

When I think of Your beauty, patience and amazing splendor, I am awe struck in Your presence…

How thankful, am I; for every breath You give me..

Today, as I enter into Your courts, I sing of Your love…

keep me far away from traps of envy, anger, and self righteousness…

Please walk with me through my day,  that I will see the beauty in others as You see them….

Please keep my thoughts grounded in who You are…

Coming before You this new Sunday morning, thanking You for Your steadfast faithfulness and love…

Lord, thank You for searching my heart, and bringing to the surface those things that are not pleasing to You…

Those things that are holding my heart captive, and making it hard for  Your love to shine through my life…

Forgive me.

May Your love rein….

Thank You for setting my heart free…
