You Know Me Well… #trust

let the miracle take overHe knows your precious heart…

He knows my tendencies…

His eyes pierce deep within my soul…

He knows my strengths and my sorrows…

Oh Lord, You know me well..

“You know what I am going to say even before I say it, Lord.

You both precede and follow me..

You place Your hand of blessing on my head.  Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to know!”

Psalm 139:4-6

Father…

These words are a sweet symphony to my weary soul…

They touch  my heart with Your grace…

They fill me with peace..

Your precious words comfort and soothe…

Thank You for sitting with me..

Thank You for covering me with the shadow of Your wing…

I am so thankful for Your love and care… I find my rest in the hope of who You are…

I believe that You have great plans to prosper and not to harm me..

I am so thankful that In the quietness of Your  presence for this is the place I find my hope…

I find my strength..

Help me to move in Your spirit…

Help me to live; and to love…

Thank You for all that You are doing in my heart..

I can trust You with my days…

Lord, You Rock My World… #hope

peace begins with a smileOh Lord, how I thank You for this day…

I thank You for Your heart of comfort and Your smile of peace..

When I am overwhelmed with thoughts I can’t seem to control, I call Your name, and You are there…

“Rejoice in the Lord always.  I will say it again;  Rejoice.  Let your gentleness be evident to all, the Lord is near.  

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus…”

Philippians 4:4-7

My heart smiles, Oh Lord, believing You are guarding my heart and healing my mind..

I stand on Your truth…

I stand on Your ground…

I will not be anxious..

I will not worry…

I will rejoice in who You are..

May Your peace overflow…

Thank You for standing watch over me…

To know that You are my great protector rocks my world..

Love is Everywhere… #love

love is everywhere“Then Jesus uttered another loud cry and breathed His last. 

And the curtain in the Temple  was torn in two from top to bottom.

When the Roman offer who stood facing Him saw how He had died, He exclaimed, “Truly, this was the Son of God!”

Amazing grace…

How sweet the sound..

When Jesus uttered His last cry… and breathed His last breath…

His grace poured over our hearts..

His grace filled every dry and empty place, and wrapped me with His warm embrace..

Your banner over me is LOVE…

“He has taken me to the banquet hall, and His banner over me is love…”

Song of Songs 2:4

How truly beautiful is Your love, Oh Lord.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Today, as my day unfolds, I thank You for this gentle reminder of hope…

That our days matter, our lives matter…

May we be a beautiful reflection of Your redeeming power..

May our eyes be focused on love…

May my voice be an echo of Your mercy and grace, that the ears of the hurting will be attune to Your last breath…

May our words be tender..

Our thoughts be true…

Thank You for Loving me…

May I be the best me I can be…

Jesus, You Inspire Me… #shineon

beautfiful minds

When Jesus Was being accused, lied about, beaten and hit…

He stood quiet.

Humble…

His heart, mind… and sprit and soul… consecrated to  His Heavenly Father…

In the middle of their  accusations and evil plan… they said to Jesus, “Well aren’t You going to answer these charges?  What do You have to say for yourself?”

Jesus made no reply, then the High Priest asked Him, “Are You the Messiah, the Son of the blessed God?”

Jesus said,

“I am, and you will see, the Son of Man, sitting at God’s right hand in the place of power and coming back on the clouds of Heaven.”

Jesus’ simple words inspire my heart…

He pointed toward Heaven…

His whole life was focused on drawing others to His Heavenly Father..

He didn’t stop…

He didn’t quit…

He keep on until the very end… and even then He gave some more..“Father forgive them for they do not know what they are doing…”

Luke 23:24

Heavenly Father,

I am so inspired by Your love and forgiveness…

By Your gentleness and compassion…

Thank You for forgiving my heart when it feels hard, unmovable and paralyzed…

I want to be more like You, Oh Lord, and way less like me…

Today, as I go about my day, help my hands to touch with love…

my thoughts to praise My King…

Help me to do even the littlest task covered by Your grace…

Inspired by Your love…

I pray this in Jesus Name,

Dear Father,

Thank You for such love.  Thank You for such tenderness and mercy…

Thank You for covering me with so much hope.

You bless, love, smile and show me Your graciousness … and then You top that off with Your favor…. and then fill my heart with peace…

That is way better than an ice cream sunday any day…

By Your grace…

By Your strength…

I will rock my world with all that You are!

Dear Father, thank You for Your peace that transcends all understanding…

Today,  As I quiet my soul, and fix my heart On You; I choose to drop the walls of protection and sense the wonder of Your hands… before Your throne of mercy, I can be vulnerable… hopeful and excited to be the woman You know I can be…

Your mercy sets me free… Your mercy gives me life…

Today I will let Your mercy shine bright…

May someone see the love You have poured in my heart…

May someone want to know You…

How good and true and beautiful are You…

Today.  Wherever I find myself, may You touch those around me with Your gentleness and hope…

This is my message to the world…

Let my life’s ministry be that simple…

in a moment of happiness...Good Morning Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before You this new day with praises of love… Praises of hope… Praises of trust.  All to my God.  All to my King.

“God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble, so we will not fear…”

Psalm 46:1-2

I will not fear today…

  I will take a deep breath… I will not stir up, or entertain thoughts of anxiety or pain…

Father I am Yours…

Thank You for Your presence that swirls all around me…

Thank You for knowing my heart.  Thank You for filling me with more of You…

Thank You for Your great hope..

Thank You for filling this moment with Your beauty and grace…

Thank You for the treasures found in Your name.

Thank You for cleansing my focus; and thank You for catching my heart…

Thank You for pushing me forward…

Shine On You Crazy Diamond! #goodness

shine on you crazy diamondInspire and comfort.  That’s what Your great love does to my heart…

You fill me with hope, and good desires…

You turn my eyes from the muck and mire…

Your love makes me crave goodness…

How I am comforted by the  beauty of who You are…

“And so they reached Jericho.  Later, as Jesus and His disciples left town, a great crowd was following. 

A blind beggar named Bartimaeus  was sitting beside the road as Jesus was going by.  When  Bartimaeus  heard that Jesus from Nazareth was nearby, he began to shout out

“Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me!”

“Be quiet!”  Some of the people yelled at him. 

But He only shouted louder, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”

When Jesus heard him, he stopped and said, “Tell him to come here.”

So they called the blind man, “Cheer up,” they said  “Come on, He’s calling you!”

Bartimaeus threw aside his coat, jumped up and came to Jesus.  What do you want me to do for you?  Jesus asked.  “Teacher,” the blind man said,” I want to see!”

And Jesus said to him, “Go on you way.  Your faith has healed you.”   And instantly the blind man could see!

Then he followed Jesus down the road…”

Mark 10:46-52

May we never ever stop reaching for Jesus..

No matter what the crowds are saying… what our heads are yelling…

May we never.  Ever.  Never… stop calling out to Him…

Jesus not only heard dear Bartimaeus, but he called him over…

He not only called him over…

He healed Him…

He hears us…

He bends low to our cries…

And sets our hearts free…

Oh, Dear, Jesus..

I need You.  I desire to live according to Your will for my life…

Give me the strength to live outside of the shadows…

Desiring to be more and more like You…

Loving.  Kind.  Gracious…

Serving others instead of myself…

Fulfill in me the desires that You have placed in my heart…

I want to be the very best me I can be…

All for Your glory… All for Your fame…

I ask You this in Jesus awesome name,
