Father, I come before Your throne of mercy with a yielded heart, and quieted spirit…
Your glory and honor is the cry of my soul..
Love and tenderness is the example You have set before me…
“Through Christ you have come to trust in God. And because God raised Christ
from the dead and gave Him great glory, your faith and hope can be placed
confidently in God. Now you can have sincere love for each other as brothers and
sisters because you were cleansed from your sins when you accepted the truth of
the Good News.
So see to it that you really do love each other intensely with all your hearts.
For you have been born again, Your new life did not come from your earthly parents because the life they gave you will end in death.
But this new life will last forever because it comes from the eternal, living word of God.
As the prophet says, “people are like grass that dies away; their beauty fades as quickly as the beauty of wildflowers.
The grass withers, and the flowers fall away But the word of the Lord will last forever…”
1 Peter 21-25
I love You, Jesus,
Thank You for loving my soul, and cleansing my heart…
Thank You for Truth…
Hope and compassion…
I am learning, I have a lot to learn…
Your love inspires so much goodness…
Thank You for Your correction and grace…
I give You my day,
May my reflection be pleasing to You…

As the holidays are quickly approaching,
I can sense my heart seeking to get
in tune
with the beauty of the season…
The beauty of Your love, and the reason for all that Is good…
Cleansing…
Refreshing…
Love unchanging…
Compassion leading the way…
Oh Lord,
May my words reflect the goodness and difference Your love
has awakened in my heart; and my life…
“Don’t speak evil against each other, my dear brothers and sisters.
If you criticize each other and condemn each other, then you are
criticizing and condemning God’s law. But you are not a judge who can decide whether the law is right or wrong. Your job is to obey it.
God alone who made the law, can rightly judge among us. He alone has the
power to save or destroy.
So what right do you have to condemn your neighbor…”
James 4: 11-12
When I read these words this morning, I could feel my spirit cry,
Abba Father…
How Holy and powerful You are…
Your love so pure…
Your love, and forgiveness pursues me, and I am overwhelmed with
gratitude…
I want my words to be thoughtful…
I pray to make my home a place of beauty and peace, where only words of
goodness and hope decorate my walls…
Thank You Father for directing my heart, and illuminating what matters to
You…
Love matters…
Peace matters…
Kindness and grace overflowing …
Sharing and giving…
These are the true gifts of the season…
How grateful I am for these words of truth…
How grateful I am that Your love, and goodness forever challenges and
changes our lives…
I stand in awe…
I stand In honor of You…

There is so much peace in humbling myself to You, my Lord, and my King…
So much peace in surrendering my pride, and seeking Your heart.
So much peace in trusting my weaknesses to be used for Your glory…
So much goodness in all that YOU are…
Your gentleness fills me with truth, and extinguishes all flames of
bitterness that try to ignite…
Your love activates hope…
Each day as I bow low before Your throne of Mercy, I am touched by Your
patience, and the consistency of Your grace…
You are My Great Healer, and lover of my soul…
Our ruffled feathers, acts of selfishness and foolish desires, are no
surprise to You…
You chose to rescue us…
You choose to Stand by me…
Your great love swells within me, and bursts forth in tears from my eyes…
Your love and tenderness calm my fears…
What a beautiful love…
What a beautiful God…
Your love never fails..
Never gives up…
Your love never runs out on me..
With arms raised high, I praise You..
With all of my heart, I love You…

Love Is A Great Beautifier…
“If you are wise and understand God’s ways, live a life of steady goodness so that only good deeds will pour forth.
And if you don’t brag about the good you do, then you will be truly wise.
But if you are bitterly jealous and there is selfish ambition in your hearts, don’t brag about being wise, that is the worst kind of lie.
For jealousy and selfishness are not God’s kind of wisdom.
Such things are earthly, unspiritual, and motivated by the devil.
For wherever you find jealousy and selfish ambition, there you will find disorder and every kind of evil.
But the wisdom that comes from God Heaven is first of all pure. It is also peace loving, gentle at all times, willing to yield to others…
It is full of mercy, and good deeds. It shows no partiality and is always sincere.
And those who are peacemakers will plant seeds of peace and reap a harvest of goodness”
James 3:13-18
Oh Lord,
Hear this cry of my heart…
See the tears of my soul…
Love and tenderness…
Beauty and kindness..
Peace and humbleness…
You have claimed , cleansed, forgiven and bled for me… this prideful stubborn soul who was stumbling in darkness with nowhere to go…
“In my distress I prayed to the Lord, and the Lord answered me and rescued me.
The Lord is for me, so I will not be afraid…
Yes the Lord is for me, He will help me…”
Psalm 118:5-7
Your humility, and gentleness pierce my heart, and unchain my soul…

As I woke up this morning , I started thinking about my day, all the things I want, and need to do…
Getting my house cleaned up, decorated, and filled with the sounds and smells of Thanksgiving, just all seemed so very self centered, and unimportant…
My heart, and thoughts, keep going back to the sadness of what has happened in Paris, and what is happening all around our world…
It so overwhelming to think of so much pain…
But even as I write this I sense the Holy Spirit touching my heart…
Reminding me of His goodness and love…
Reminding me that every person who walks through my home’s door, so matters to Him…
That loving and surrounding our guests with the hope of Him, and filling their tummies and hearts with food, love, and promise is a gift to be truly thankful for…
Oh Lord,
Your promise of being close to the brokenhearted, and rescuing those who are crushed fills me with comfort and reminds me that You are in control…
That Your love, hope, and care never changes, and that our lives matter to You more than my heart, and words seem to be able to embrace…
Oh Lord,
As I pray over all the sadness and pain of the families in Paris, all of our brothers and sisters seeking refuge from terror, I am so grateful for Your power that reaches through the Heavens and cares for each one of us…
Thank You that through the chaos, Your light still shines bright…
Your love still serge’s on…
Our lives are not in vain, but instead a representation of all the love, hope, grace and strength that You are…
So I will get ready for Thanksgiving with a grateful heart full of anticipation of love, hope, and the joy of Your glory…
Thank You for pouring Your love through the pages of Your word..
Thank You for Your deep sense of caring…
Thank You for Thanksgiving, family, friends, and our homes that surround us with warmth; and fill us with comfort…
May we help each other to love You more, so we can love others through the truths that You so touch our souls with, and fill our thoughts of…
“Whatever is good and perfect comes to us from God above, who created all Heaven’s lights.
Unlike them, He never changes or casts shifting shadows.
In His goodness He chose to make us His own children by giving us His true word. And we , out of all creation, became His choice possession…”

love keeps me moving and growing…living and learning and loving…
Each new day is a new beginning…
Each new day a fresh start….
Help us to be refreshed in Your grace, and pushed by Your hope…

Your love, Oh Lord, is the answer to my every weakness…
If I start to doubt who You are…
If I start to look away from Your glorious light…
I remember Your goodness, Your loving kindness, and all the ways You moved heaven and earth that I might know You…
In the quietness of my mind, I see shadows of what my life could have been…
Oh Lord, My God…
Your mercies never end….
I come before You this new day, aware of Your love… aware of Your loving care.
Help me, Father, to keep moving in stride… covered by Your grace, and filled with Your passions…
May I remember Your love is big…
So big..
You are working in my little world one moment at a time…
May Your light shine..
May Your peace surround my day, and may I love those who surround me, with a warm heart, and a tender touch..
How I praise and honor You…adore and worship You…
How I need and depend on You…
And You alone…
