It’s my deepest heart’s desire…

That we would be good to each other.

Give each other the benefit of the doubt…

Breathe hope and light heartiness into someone’s day…

We honor each other by humbling our stance…

We free our hearts by letting God’s wisdom retrain our minds as we consider how Jesus walked…

How Jesus lived and loved so unconditionally…

He clung to His Father…

“You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.

Though He was God, He did not think of equality of God as something to cling to.

Instead He gave up His His divine privileges; He took the humble position of a slave and

was born as a human being.

When He appeared in Human form,

He humbled Himself in obedience to God and died a criminals’ death on the cross.

Therefore God elevated Him to the place of highest honor and gave Him the name above

all names,

that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth 

and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,

to the glory of God the Father.”

Philippians 2: 5-12

When I consider the depth of trust between Jesus and His Father,

I am humbled to do better…

When I consider that my stance of obedience to My Father’s plan can soften someones

heart … and they could meet Jesus just as I have,

I find  my purpose …

When I let go of judging someones actions as personal, I begin to see their need for hope…

For gentleness…

For goodness.

For Jesus…

Oh Lord,

May You consume my soul with the touch of Your vision…

May my life be forever rooted in Your grace…

May I never forget from where You found me…

May I consider others need for You, as I lay down my pride, and pick up my cross…

On my knees, I find my strength…

I love You,
