Good morning Sunday!

Today I pray for bondage’s to be broken…

May we would enter Your gates with thanksgiving and praise, remembering Your love has no boundaries…

Your love reaches to the heavens surrounding us with hope and favor…

“Enter His gates with thanksgiving; Go into His courts with praise.

Give thanks to Him and bless His name.

For the Lord is good.  His unfailing love continues forever.  And

His faithfulness continues to each generation…”

Psalm 100:1-5

May we find peace in His faithful love.

Dear Heavenly Father,

You know the trials surrounding and swirling around our lives; and our hearts…

You know the bondage’s that need to be broken…

The darkness that needs to be destroyed…

Cleanse that darkness, Oh Lord,  and shine YOUR beautiful light of loving kindness in every dark place in my heart, and the hearts of the people I love…

Your love is the ultimate truth, and I come before you believing that our stories aren’t finished yet…

That you are making a way, and cradling us in the mean time…

How beautiful and gracious and lovely is your touch…

I love you Jesus…

Absorb positive energy, do NOT let ANY ;negative talk corrupt your heart and pull you off the path of hope and goodness…

“It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to the Most High.  It is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning and faithfulness in the evening…”

Psalm 92:1-2

Dear Heavenly Father,

How I praise your Holy name…

I come before you this new day, thanking you for your faithfulness and truth…

Truth can look so different when its not from you… How I praise you for the purity of your love, and the fierceness of  YOUR  faithfulness.

”  This is a true saying.  If we die with him, we will also live with him.  If we endure hardship, we will reign with him.  If we deny him, he will deny us.  If we are unfaithful, He remains faithful.  For he cannot deny himself…”

He cannot deny himself…

Cruelty is always possible…

Savior the sweetness of God’s touch…

“He chose His servant David, calling him from the sheep pens.

He took David from tending the ewes and lambs and made him

the Shepard of Jacobs descendants, God’s own people, Israel.

He cared for them with a true heart and led them with skillful hands.”

Psalm 78:70-72

God cares for you with a true heart…

He is always in the good you chose to see.

Some days we need to look deep within our hearts and thank Him for all the ways you know He has touched your life…

The goodness you didn’t deserved…

The mercy that once brought you to your knees…

The gentleness of His touch when cruelty seemed to be all around you.

Celebrating God’s love is always the answer.

If you need to do better…

Then do better…

There is true freedom in letting goodness guide your path…

There is light in letting things be, and loving right where you are…

Share grace even when it doesn’t feel deserved…

Love the hurting…

Seek kindness whenever you can…

Always remember the children, and the grownups, are watching you… and

not so much listening :)

Be who you know you are from the inside out, and those children and grownups  will

see the light of God that burns deep within and they will be drawn to that light, and

touched by the warmth of love… of freedom, of joy and goodness…

Always remembering that nothing is forever, and tomorrow is never promised…

“Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone especially to those in the family of faith…”

Galatians 6:10

Fill your heart with all that is good…

And be done with all the rest.

If not love, then what?

To me the “then what” is a dark abyss… It’s a place where life is cruel…

We Judge and argue…

We become jealous and critical…

A place where bitterness can root its seed and the next thing we know…

fear or anger  have set our hearts in the wrong direction…

A careful heart that says I hear you…

A thoughtful touch that quietly speaks 1000 words…

What a life changing feeling when you feel understood, loved… cared for.

When you “just love”  you inspire others to “just love” too :)

So lets guard our thoughts. Bring them into the light of what is good and right and true and praiseworthy…

That’s the sweet place where the Holy Spirit thrives deep in our soul…

The place where love sets us free from the bondage of darkness and despair…

How I pray we take every thought captive remembering the weight of “then what” is not ours to carry…

“And now, dear brothers and sisters, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable… if anything is excellent or praiseworthy think about such things…”

Philippians 4:8

Choose LOVE.

Choose LIGHT…

Choose GOODNESS over darkness.

Choose to live a life of love…  EVERY DAY…

Help us, Dear Heavenly Father,

May we know when our thoughts are drifting to darkness.

May your love and wisdom fill our thoughts to overflowing.

May you help me to take every dark thought captive.

May we recognize any thought  that is not pleasing to you and let it be destroyed and replaced with the beauty of light…

For that is where our freedom to grow and love and live is formed…

“We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”

2 Corinthians 10:5

Thank you, Heavenly Father, that you already see the good in our hearts…

You have already placed your love and goodness in our soul… You have set us free…

You have made us beautiful in your eyes… How lovely is that….

Thank you for the reminder of how important it is to keep our thoughts in the light of goodness and grace…

May we know learn to live your beauty in all situations..

I am so grateful for your word that never stops inspiring me to be all that YOU know I am.

Your love humbles me, softens me… YOUR love sets me free…
