Not talking too much, letting things die down surrounds my heart with peace that transcends all understanding…
Gossip hurts…
It hurts the person were talking about, and tears at our peace with never ending chatter….
Dear Heavenly Father,
How I seek Your heart on this matter…
I come before You this new and beautiful day, praying for truth and thanking You for Your heart of goodness and peace.
Help me to understand what gossip is, and fill me with the wisdom to lay things down…
Seeking Your peace above all things is my heart’s desire…

Oh, Father,
Thank You so much for this sweet reminder…
Forgive me for the times I have been hasty with my words…
The times I have talked more about myself, instead of listening to the hearts of others…
Soften my heart, Oh Lord, to be a good listener…
Cleanse me..
I want to listen…
To love…
To use my words for good…
That those who cross my path, will be uplifted…
Encouraged…
Always seeing a glimpse of Your great Love for them…

Looking for beauty in the ashes changes everything…
We can choose to let our bones dry up, or we can choose a cheerful heart that heals and protects…
That is good medicine :)

Oh Lord, give us the strength to see beyond ourselves. Fill my heart, my mind and my thoughts with the desires of Your heart…

Thank you for Your amazing patience and goodness…
How we need to be reminded that harmony, peace and love is an overflow of who You are…
That building each other up, and spreading hope is what makes the “church” different from the “worlds” point of view…
Jealousy, competition, self centeredness tear us apart and divide our hearts, remind us, Oh, Lord, that there is no place for that…
Help us to see the hurting hearts… they are everywhere…
To be Your eyes, Your tender heart, and Your hands that reach out and fill the gap. This is what the “Church” looks like..
Help us to be aware of the needs around us…
The little kind words of encouragement, a smile of love, and a gentle touch of caring, can go such a long way…
