“It is Christmas every time you let God love
others through you.”
-Mother Teresa
I Believe in the miracle of Christmas…
I Believe in the miracle of love…
I Believe in the miracle of hope…
I Believe in the miracle of Jesus.
Tis the season to be jolly, right? lol
Christmas should slow our roll, and draw us near to the love of God…
Yet, most of the time, it just doesn’t…
We can be filled with anxiety, and stress and sadness…
Our souls sense the symphony of Christmas … of magic, and hope, of peace, and beauty…. yet, in an instant, our thoughts can be hijacked, and cause our hearts all kinds of crazy…
When that happens, how I pray, we would turn our eyes to Jesus….
Let His Spirit abiding in you; draw you to what is true.
What is true is this…
God chose you to be a vessel of His love and hope…
“Before you were born, I set you apart.”
Jeremiah 1:5
He has placed all of His secrets of love and truth in His word, and in our hearts…
“In the beginning God created the heaves and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.”
Genesis 1:1-2
This world is temporary…
“For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face.
Now I know in part; then I shall know full, even as I am fully known.”
1 Corinthians 13:12
People need light and hope…
“ God is light; in him there is no darkness at all.”
1 John 1:5
Jesus is hope.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.
John 3:16-17
His love is unconditional and forever.
“Your love, O Lord, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies…”
Psalm 36: 5-7
During this Christmas season, may we keep His song of mercy flowing around your soul, and let God’s love sing a beautiful tune in and around your days…
Love others… touch them with grace…
Don’t underestimate how powerful your smile, and kindness can be…
Let our moments be filled with drawing others into the beauty of His presence…
May we be reminded of our journey and salvation… The place where Jesus picked us up, dusted us off and held us tightly…
Let us remember the gentleness of his love, and the power of His grace…
May the miracle of Christmas fill your heart with joy…
I love you guys!
In Jesus Name…
Amen
Live in Love,
Lisa
